Rebuilding Together in Boston

This Saturday, Rahul, myself and team helped Beryl with (in the yellow T shirt) paint her kitchen and porch.    Plus we replaced the gutters on the back of the house.  Beryl lost her husband and can’t keep up with all of the maintenance of her home.

In Boston we had ~300 volunteers are doing.  We had a good mix of  work in five Boston neighborhoods at seven sites. We hopefully made a difference in the lives of four homeowners and their families, and three non-profit-owned facilities that provide social services to thousands of people.

Throughout the country, joining th Rebuilding Together effort were over 50,000 volunteers are in service on more than 3,000 affiliate lead rebuild projects.
